about me

I am a multi-faceted media professional with experience in sports reporting, writing and communications. Over the past five years, I have worked for two premier NFL franchises, a D1 college program and an online publication.

I am currently writing for Yardbarker.com, covering NFL news, primarily the AFC North (Bengals, Browns, Ravens, and Steelers) and Pitt football.

Before I began sports writing, I worked for the Kansas City Chiefs (2021-22), the Pittsburgh Steelers (2019-21) and the University of Pittsburgh (2018-19) in their communications departments and as a reporter.

During my three years in the NFL, I worked three NFL Drafts, rookie minicamp, training camp and every preseason, regular season and postseason game. I also reported from youth football camps, the Steelers High School Football Showcase Games of the Week and the WPIAL Championships at Heinz Field, interviewing current and former Steelers.

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Point Park University with a B.A. in broadcast reporting, and during my time at Westminster College of PA, I played wide receiver at the D3 level, was a weekly radio DJ and was a play-by-play broadcaster for football, baseball, softball, basketball and volleyball.

My love for working in sports started in my early career when I had the opportunity to be a reporter for EA Sports where I traveled to NFL and NHL teams, interviewing professional and Hall of Fame athletes. I enjoy talking with players and coaches, interacting with those in the media and telling a compelling story.
